Salesforce Field Service Senior Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Development Delivery: Design, develop, test, and deploy complex solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and configuration tools, ensuring adherence to design specifications and coding standards.
- Technical Design Contribution: Collaborate with Solution Architects and Tech leads to refine technical designs and estimates for new features and enhancements, ensuring they align with architectural standards and performance requirements.
- Code Quality Best Practices: Enforce and maintain high code quality standards through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration practices. Proactively identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks, specifically related to governor limits.
- Integration Implementation: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using various technologies (REST APIs, Talend, etc.).
- Support Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for production issues, including advanced debugging and performance tuning to ensure platform stability and a seamless user experience.

Qualifications Experience (What we expect from you)
- You hold a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in a related field, including at least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a complex, general environment.
- Foundational Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required. Salesforce Administrator Certification is a strong plus.
- Advanced Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification, or additional certifications like JavaScript Developer I or relevant Consultant certifications are a plus.

Technical Proficiency





Core Platform Development (Expert)

- Expert proficiency with the complete development toolkit, including Apex (classes, triggers, test methods, batch, queueable, scheduled jobs) and Lightning Web Components (LWC), adhering to modular design and separation of concerns.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and practical experience writing code that is efficient, bulk-safe, and capable of processing large data volumes (LDV) without hitting limits.
- Mastery of SOQL/SOSL query optimization, index utilization, and best practices for securing data using Field Level Security (FLS) and sharing settings programmatically.

Front-End Development

- Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS for building responsive and dynamic UIs in LWC.
- Experience with Aura Components and the migration strategy toward LWC.
- Proficiency with modern web standards and accessibility guidelines.

Integration APIs

- Proven experience designing and implementing secure, scalable integration solutions utilizing various protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0).
- Hands-on experience with API development (creating Apex REST services) for external consumption and API consumption (callouts) for integrating with external systems.

Development Practices & Tooling

- Deep familiarity with VS Code development lifecycle.
- Mandatory experience with Git-based version control (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) and branching strategies for team collaboration.
- Proven ability to write robust unit tests with high code coverage and perform effective peer code reviews.

Platform Domain Knowledge (Strong Plus)

- Working knowledge of configuration and development within specialized clouds such as Field Service Management (FSM), Health Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

Languages: Full verbal and written proficiency in English is required. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality, elegant code solutions.
