Activities under your Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and integral teams. Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery What We Are Looking For Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience,



with proven involvement in 5+ successful SAP HCM implementations.

In-depth knowledge of Austrian payroll regulations, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations. Fluent in English and German. With excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
