OverviewAs an Agile Scrum Master at Accenture, you will lead Agile delivery within a large-scale software program focused on Program Control Services.

You'll serve as a servant leader and coach, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software while driving continuous improvement and transparency.

You will partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineers to maximize business value and ensure delivery predictability.

This role blends collaboration, coaching, and hands-on facilitation in a hybrid Spain-based environment.

You will shape Agile practices at scale and help the program achieve its ambitious outcomes.

ResponsabilidadesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) to align with delivery objectives

Coordinate cross-functional software engineering teams, manage dependencies, risks,



impediments, and multiple workstreams

Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to maintain backlog health and prioritise work

Monitor Agile delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, lead time) and drive continuous improvement for predictability

Requisitos principales6+ years in Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Agile Project Lead or similar roles

6+ years applying Agile/Scrum in software engineering

Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for software teams

Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders

Experience delivering enterprise-scale software with complex dependencies

Experience using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, lead time)

English level B2/C1 mandatory

Ability to work with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, Stakeholders, and Program Leadership

Ability to identify and resolve delivery impediments and blockers solution-focused collaboration facilitation and coaching stakeholder management
