Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture (Livestock), or a related field Proven experience in sales leadership in a senior management role within the livestock industry* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills* Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams* Strong understanding of livestock production practices* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets* Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions* Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities* Besides Spanish, fluent in at least English language (written and spoken) High grade of the Spanish livestock market will be appreciated## What we offer?
