Experteer Overview In this senior IC role, you own core parts of FYUL's security operations platform, including detection engineering, cloud/endpoint security, DLP, and security automation.

You will design and tune detections on a modern SIEM with custom ML components, triage incidents, and lead post-incident improvements.

The role covers AWS/Kubernetes hardening, endpoint fleet health, and vulnerability management, with a focus on enabling engineering rather than adding friction.

You'll extend AI-driven security tooling and automate workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to scale secure operations.

This is an opportunity to shape a production-grade security platform at global scale and drive impact Compensaciones / Ventajas • Detection engineering: design, implement, and tune detections across security telemetry and ML-based anomaly detection • Triage alerts, investigate incidents, and drive them to resolution with incident response and improvements • Cloud and platform security: harden and monitor AWS and Kubernetes environments, manage IAM and runtime defense • Endpoint security: own health and hardening of the endpoint agent fleet across macOS, Windows, and Linux • Data loss prevention: operate and extend DLP across removable media, email, and SaaS channels • Security automation: automate recurring operations and detection-to-response workflows,



including AI-based agents • Vulnerability discovery and management: identify infrastructure vulnerabilities and drive remediation to closure Responsabilidades • 5+ years in security engineering or SecOps with hands-on production detections and incidents • Real detection engineering experience on a modern SIEM (Elastic Security preferred; others acceptable) • Deep mastery of Linux, macOS, and Windows (internals, hardening, investigation) • Strong networking expertise (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, packet analysis) • Solid cloud security foundation in AWS and Kubernetes • Hands-on LLM experience: building or operating AI-powered tooling or pipelines • Hands-on offensive credential (e.g., OSCP, OSEP) or equivalent practical hacking/hardening background • Demonstrated automation capability; software engineering background not required but automation track record is essential • Self-directed with strong ownership and excellent written/spoken English • Additional certifications (CISSP, GIAC, AWS Security) are a plus Requisitos principales • monthly salary EUR 4,*,000/month gross • remote work option • private health insurance • extra paid days off for well-being • birthday/celebration day • learning opportunities and mentorship
