? At Robert Walters, we are looking for a Senior Data & Knowledge Platform Engineer to join a general technology company with its own products and an international footprint, helping build the data foundations behind advanced analytics, AI and knowledge-driven solutions.

What will you do?

- Design and develop scalable data pipelines integrating information from multiple sources, including APIs, databases, files and messaging systems.
- Build and evolve production-grade data platforms that support analytics, machine learning and AI-driven applications.
- Define and maintain data models, ensuring data quality, lineage, traceability and reusability across the organization.
- Develop and maintain data services, repositories and APIs used by downstream teams.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers and Analytics professionals to deliver reliable and scalable data products.
- Implement best practices around testing, CI/CD, monitoring and data platform operations.

What are we looking for?
- 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, building and operating production data platforms.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing data pipelines and integrating heterogeneous data sources.
- Solid understanding of data modelling, data quality, lineage and scalable data architectures.
- Experience with Docker, automated testing,



workflow orchestration and CI/CD practices.
- Cloud experience, with AWS being the preferred environment.
- Strong software engineering mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have
- Experience with Knowledge Graphs and graph technologies such as Neo4j.
- Knowledge of semantic modelling, ontologies or taxonomy-based solutions.
- Exposure to AI-related data architectures, RAG pipelines or data platforms supporting LLM-based applications.
- Experience working with graph, geospatial, document or vector databases.
