OverviewIn this role, you will own Glovo's internal financial reporting package and ensure timely, accurate month-end delivery.

You'll defend the logic behind core metrics like GMV and Contribution Margin across regional reports, dashboards, and statements.

As the analytics and automation advocate, you will build data pipelines, Looker models, and workflow automations to cut manual work and empower decision-making.

You'll bridge finance and engineering teams to resolve data bottlenecks and support HQ FP&A; and local finance decisions.

This is a hands-on position at Glovo HQ in Barcelona, offering a chance to shape how data drives a high-growth marketplace.

ResponsabilidadesOwn end-to-end financial reporting package delivery within month-end windows

Maintain and defend core metrics logic (GMV, Contribution Margin, unit economics) across statements and dashboards

Collaborate with Fintech Data and BI engineers to design, test, and troubleshoot data models, SQL queries, and Looker dashboards

Develop automation: SQL, Python, Make/Zapier/RPA,



AI tools to automate data prep and reporting tasks

Analyze variances and drill into order-level unit economics to inform HQ FP&A; and Local Finance decisions

Act as translator between business finance and technical data teams, updating schemas for new product features

Requisitos principales3+ years in Finance, BI, or Analytics in high-growth tech or marketplace environments

Advanced SQL skills and hands-on BI experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)

Strong understanding of P&L; mechanics and unit economics, month-end processes

Proven track record building automated reports and data pipelines

Experience with workflow automation and AI adoption (AI tools, RPA, Make/Zapier)

Strong collaborative communication, able to translate between finance and engineering teams collaborative communication problem-solving proactive mindset

SQL (advanced with joins and window functions)

Looker/Tableau/PowerBI

Python for data manipulation
