Experteer Overview In this role you drive the successful onboarding and adoption of Perk's Enterprise clients, guiding them from signup to launch.

You act as a change-management and technical solutions expert, translating client needs into onboarding strategies and platform configurations.

You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a 7-star onboarding experience and long-term customer success.

The role combines consultative guidance, technical troubleshooting, and tailored training to enable customers to book travel on Perk and maximise value.
