Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of projects focused on logistics and supply chain optimization. Analyze current supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Manage project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Procurement, IT) and external partners across different locations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on project progress and outcomes. Identify, assess,



and mitigate project risks and challenges. Implement new technologies and software solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of optimized workflows. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on logistics and supply chain operations. Proven experience in optimizing supply chain processes and managing related projects. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and supply chain tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams. Experience with change management principles is a plus.
