This role is perfect for a leader who thrives in a remote-first environment and is dedicated to delivering excellence. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority strategic projects. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks and deviations from the plan. Implement and refine project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Uphold quality standards and ensure project alignment with the company's strategic vision. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on strategic projects. Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management software (e.MS Project, Asana, Jira).

Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.PMP, Agile, Scrum).
