____________________ Key Responsibilities Drive the Visual Daily Management System Design, implement, and sustain robust Visual Daily Management Systems (DMS) across European sites.

Ensure sites have established tiered accountability meetings and visual management processes from the production floor through plant leadership.

Support the teams to develop meaningful KPIs focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, Productivity, and People.

Drive Leader Standard Work and accountability routines.

Ensure performance gaps are identified and acted upon through disciplined escalation processes.

Build a Problem-Solving Culture Develop region-wide capability in structured problem solving methodologies.

Coach leaders and teams in root cause analysis, A3 thinking, 8D, 5 Why, and PDCA methodologies.

Facilitate cross-functional improvement events focused on eliminating recurring operational issues.

Build organizational capability to solve problems at the lowest possible level.

Drive a culture where issues are surfaced, solved, and permanently eliminated.
