Analyze and improve all aspects of the supply chain and logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Design and refine warehouse layouts and material handling processes for maximum efficiency. Utilize data analysis and modeling tools to forecast demand, plan capacity, and identify logistical bottlenecks. Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and distribution centers to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance. Implement technology solutions to enhance visibility and efficiency within the supply chain.
