Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive industry and market research

Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and reports

for client meetings and deal execution.

Assist in the execution of M&A; transactions

Perform due diligence

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
