OverviewIn this role, you will own and optimize performance marketing across regional campaigns, partnering with data teams to uncover growth opportunities and drive ROAS.

You'll lead high-impact acquisitions and re-engagement efforts, work cross-functionally with design, BI, and Martech, and push continuous optimization through testing.

The position offers regional ownership in Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE, with a clear emphasis on data-driven decision making and scalable campaigns.

You'll join a fast-paced marketing team at Glovo, a leading local delivery platform.

ResponsabilidadesLead end-to-end regional campaigns (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE) for acquisition, activation, reactivation and re-engagement.

Drive optimization of campaigns and funnels using data-driven insights and A/B testing.

Collaborate with marketing channels (Paid Social, SEM, ASA, programmatic) and cross-functional teams (design, BI, Martech)



to maximize impact.

Own performance targets and report on key metrics to sustain growth.

Share insights and best practices to elevate team performance across regions.

Requisitos principales3-5+ years in performance marketing

Strong focus on Google Ads (UAC and Paid Search) and Apple Search Ads

Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize acquisition funnels for ROAS

Deep understanding of digital measurement, attribution models, and incrementality testing

Strong analytical mindset with data-to-insights capability

Experience managing large-scale campaigns with cross-stakeholder collaboration

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools: Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, or Appsflyer

Ability to work in fast-paced environment and execute strategy to execution

Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
