Job Description
Responsible for undertaking logistics needs of local clients and supporting business expansion;
Explore customer needs and promote the implementation of product solutions based on customer needs;
Proactively monitor operational quality, monitor key indicators around customer signed SLA, ensure quality meets customer needs while promoting internal operational quality improvement;
Focus on customer satisfaction and maintain good relationship.
Job Requirements:
More than 2 years of working experience in the e-commerce /logistics field, with customer operation experience;
Solution formulation and implementation capabilities and strong driving force;
Have a deep understanding of the competitiveness of local logistics solutions and experience in implementation;
Able to adapt to cross-cultural work scenarios and have Chinese or Spanish communication skills.
