As an AI Product & Project Manager , you will shape and deliver the AI roadmap for Operations and Supply Chain, identifying and prioritizing high-value use cases and driving them from concept to adoption. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and AI/Data Engineering teams, you will ensure AI solutions are scalable, impactful, and aligned with the company's digital transformation strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will lead AI initiatives across areas such as Industry 4.0, IoT, predictive maintenance, production and quality optimization, demand forecasting, inventory management, and Lean transformation.

Act as the primary interface between AI/Data Engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on goals, scope, priorities, and operational needs. Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements. Own and manage the project “heartbeat” (planning, prioritization,



resource management, progress tracking, and reporting).

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Product and/or Project Management and 3-4 years working on AI, Data, Analytics or Automation initiatives, ideally in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field.

Stakeholder Management: Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.

Product & Delivery : Proven track record delivering AI or data-driven products from PoC through production and adoption, with strong Agile/Scrum experience.
