We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented

Middle/Senior Legal Counsel

to join our Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities

Build corporate legal structure for the projects;

Legal support for the projects;

Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents;

Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations;

Assisting with implementation of legal compliance in the various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights etc.);

Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the projects;

Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions;

To succeed in the role, you will have:

Ukrainian Language

Fluent English (including legal drafting);

4+ years of relevant experience,



2+ in iGaming;

Knowledge of AML procedures is a big plus

Fast learner;

A keen eye for detail;

Initiative and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve different legal issues;

Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure.
