Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist for the Hugo RAS and DS1 platforms to support the EMEA Surgical portfolio. This is a full-time role requiring strong technical communication with HCPs, SUS and FSE, and a solid engineering background. You will provide remote support, manage escalations, and contribute to continuous improvement, with occasional on-site work across domestic and international sites. Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian is required.
