Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise Storage & Backup infrastructures in complex, heterogeneous environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with NetApp, Dell PowerStore and Dell ECS (block & file storage).
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise backup solutions: Dell Avamar, PPDM, Data Domain and Veeam B&R.;
- Solid experience with SAN technologies: Cisco/Brocade, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, VSANs,



WWPNs, NPIV and multipathing.
- Expertise in Disaster Recovery, Data Protection, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Experience with scripting and automation: Python, Ansible, Terraform or Shell scripting.
- Good understanding of networking technologies and ITIL service management practices.

Nice to Have:

- Cloud Storage: AWS S3 / Azure Blob Storage
- Virtualization: VMware / Hyper-V
- Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) / Software Defined Storage (SDS)
- Experience in service reporting and business analytics
- Relevant certifications: Storage, Backup, Cloud, ITIL, ISO 20000 or PRINCE2
