Logistics Operations Specialist (Remote) Our client, a rapidly growing e‑commerce company, is seeking a motivated Logistics Operations Specialist to join their distributed team. This is a fully remote position, requiring excellent self‑management and communication skills. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, coordinating with warehouses, carriers, and customer service to guarantee timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

While the role is remote, it requires close collaboration with operational hubs, including those near Vigo, Galicia. Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Assist in managing warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy and space optimization, remotely.

Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies. Prepare reports on key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery, cost per shipment, etc.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,



or a related field. Strong understanding of e‑commerce fulfillment, warehousing, and transportation processes. Proficiency in using logistics software, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Must be legally authorized to work in Spain and comfortable working within Spanish business hours, supporting operations that may include the Vigo, Galicia region.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
