Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support Hugo and DS1 across Europe. You will communicate with HCPs, SUS and FSEs, providing remote technical guidance and coordinating escalation when needed. The role requires 4+ years in engineering with robotics exposure, fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian, and availability for international travel and remote support. This is a full-time remote position with CET working hours.
