We are looking for a

Business / Technical Analyst

to join an international telecommunications project. This role requires a combination of business analysis, telecom domain expertise, and technical knowledge to support the design, documentation, and delivery of network and automation-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Define project scope and translate business needs into technical solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and vendors. Analyze telecom network environments, including access networks, routing protocols, peering, and network architectures. Design and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements. Produce and maintain architecture documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, and related deliverables. Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to telecom transformation and network automation initiatives. Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience in

Requirements Gathering

and

Scope Definition . Strong knowledge of

Networking , particularly: Access Networks Routing Protocols Hands-on experience with

Itential IAP .



Experience working within

Telecommunications

environments. Solid understanding of

OSS/BSS

platforms and processes. Experience with

Agile methodologies . Strong background in

Process and Workflow Design/Documentation . Knowledge of

Docker

and

Docker Compose . Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability. Nice to Have

Experience with

Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, Huawei, Fortinet , or similar networking technologies. Knowledge of

VMware

and

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Project and stakeholder management experience. Experience with

NSO, YANG, and Python . Familiarity with

Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence . Exposure to
