Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Unified Communications & Telephony Engineer – Level 3 to join our global Digital Workplace team in Barcelona.

You will act as a senior technical expert for enterprise voice services, focusing on Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Audio Codes SBCs and general PSTN connectivity.You will own complex voice issues from diagnosis to resolution, perform root-cause analysis and drive automation using Power Shell and related technologies.
