THE ROLE

Plan, host and facilitate events for Lockdown, Coffeemin, ThinkOut and V-Room

Handle day to day operations of Lockdown, Coffeemin and V-Room, including the responsibilities of the part-timers

Design and prepare marketing materials

Attend to customers enquiries about events.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

Able to prioritize work, multi-tasking and follow-up with an eye for detail

Quick thinker and problem solver

Confident in speaking to a group of people

Willing to work on public holidays and weekends if necessary

Excellent oral, written and good interpersonal skills

Good Photoshop/Design skills will be advantageous

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
