We are looking for a Program Management Trainee to support the coordination of cross‑functional pharmaceutical programs from project initiation through development and launch readiness. Working closely with Program Managers and stakeholders across Commercial, Regulatory, IP, R&D; and Launch Management, you will gain hands‑on experience in a multidisciplinary matrix organization and contribute to maintaining an integrated view of project strategy, progress, risks and key decisions. Support Program Managers in coordinating pharmaceutical programs from project handover through development and launch readiness. Support the preparation and maintenance of Strategic Product Plans (SPPs), integrating inputs from Commercial, Regulatory, IP, R&D; and Launch Management. Help maintain an end‑to‑end view of project scope, key milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and agreed actions across stakeholders. Support SPP Working Team and governance meetings by preparing materials,



consolidating inputs, documenting decisions and following up agreed actions. Contribute to structured project information, reporting and knowledge management, including the capture and reuse of lessons learned and best practices. Collaborate in cross‑functional initiatives aimed at improving ways of working, processes, tools and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
