Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of industrial and engineering roles, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and process engineers, as well as technical supervisors and plant managers.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify candidates with specific technical skills, certifications, and industry experience.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Provide clients with market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices for engineering and industrial roles.
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Utilize various recruitment tools,



professional networks, and databases to find qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and evolving skill requirements in engineering and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in sourcing and recruiting for technical and engineering positions.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; knowledge of English isadvantageous.
- This role involves a hybrid work arrangement and is based in Córdoba .
