Your key responsibilities:

- Active acquisition and sale of high-quality properties across Palma and Playa de Palma
- Professional valuation, marketing, and presentation of real estate
- Continuous, reliable, and high-standard advisory and relationship management for clients
- Planning and execution of targeted sales and marketing initiatives

What you bring to the team:

- Permanent residence on the island of Mallorca
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable academic degree
- Very good command of German and English,



as well as good Spanish skills (essential)
- Several years of professional experience in sales or the premium service sector; prior experience in real estate sales is desirable
- Strong local and regional knowledge of Palma and Mallorca is advantageous
- Confident command of MS Office
- Genuine enthusiasm for real estate, impeccable manners, and a warm, service-oriented presence
- High level of commitment, teamwork, structured working methods, and excellent negotiation skills with a proactive hands-on mindset
