Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and DS1 analytics for HCP, SUS and FSE across EMEA. You will translate complex technical issues into clear guidance while maintaining documentation and compliance. Qualified candidates hold an engineering degree, 2–4 years robotics experience, and fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian. Regular CET hours with on-call rotations are required.
