Self-starters only Running the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract on ~€20k ACV deals Selling consultatively into Marketing Managers, Brand Directors, and Consumer Insights leads who need to be challenged, not just pitched Managing approximately 35 deals per year against a €700k annual quota Educating buyers on a new way of working.



You're not selling a tool, you're selling an AI-powered platform that replaces a process they've been stuck with for decades Shaping the GTM playbook as part of a small, high-impact commercial team of 5 You should apply if: 4+ years in a new business sales role (not AM, not CSM, not consulting) You've owned and closed full sales cycles, not just managed pipeline someone else built You've sold into marketing, brand, or consumer insights teams and understand how they buy Genuine FMCG or CPG affinity, whether from research, insights platforms, or brand-side Fluent in both Spanish and English (non-negotiable) Based in Spain and comfortable working remotely You're ready to learn and upskill in AI.
