The holder of the position (m/f) will be part of the dynamic tenders department for Werfen in Iberia and responsible for price applications (telf/fax/mail/ platforms), management, receptions and replies contact internal and external costumers. In addition to operational responsibilities, the role coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Offers & Prices team, ensuring workload prioritization, process consistency, quality and timely execution.

Key Accountabilities

- Coordinate and prioritize the team’s daily workload and activities.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and complex cases.
- Ensure consistency, quality and compliance across Offers & Prices processes.
- Support, guide and onboard team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a customer service department or division within the Healthcare sector is a plus.
- High school degree
- Quality system
- Knowledge of basic administration
- Experience in costumer service and/or as sales assistant
