- Schedule, Risk, and Interface Management: Track long-lead procurement items and activities against project critical paths. Identify and mitigate risks related to equipment availability, supplier lead times, manufacturing capacity, and supply chain disruptions. Coordinate interfaces between OFCI equipment and contractor-installed systems while providing regular procurement progress and risk reports to project leadership.
