You will provide remote support across EMEA, coordinate escalations, and collaborate with field engineers, health care professionals, and SUS teams. The role requires engineering degrees, multilingual communication (Portuguese, English, Italian), and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced operating room environment. Travel domestically and internationally may be required.
