NTU International is seeking experienced Travel Agents for a large-scale international travel services project supporting a European institutional client.

We are looking for qualified professionals to join a dedicated operational team responsible for international flight reservations, ticketing and travel support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage international flight reservations, bookings and ticket issuance through GDS platforms.

- Handle ticket changes, cancellations, rebookings and refunds.

- Identify suitable flight options, competitive fares and alternative routes.

- Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers.

- Support urgent travel requests, flight disruptions and complex itineraries.

- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

- Work within a centralised booking environment alongside an international team.





- At least 3 years of professional experience in travel arrangements and airline ticketing.

- At least 1 year of experience arranging travel for return operations.

- Valid GDS certification or documented professional training, preferably in Amadeus.

- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

- Experience with international ticketing, refunds, exchanges and airline booking procedures.

- Ability to work under pressure and respond to time-sensitive travel requests.

Positions Available

We are recruiting for both permanent and seasonal/on-call positions, including Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader roles.
