Responsibilities Operating Analysis and PlanningDeliver short and long-term financial forecasting and planning. Support on driving optimization on working capital by improving inventory turnover, DSO, and DPO. launch performance tracking. Support on evaluating investment opportunities.

Oversee the monthly closing process and prepare financial statements and analysis. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies - Communicate financial insights clearly to support strategic decisions. communicating effectively to foster a culture of engagement, cascading vision, creating goal alignment, and coaching through feedback, development planning and performance management Job RequirementsMaster's Degree in Finance required (or equivalent work experience) 6+ years of demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis, cost reduction, inventory control, tracking and managing costs against a budget, and tracking P&L; results required Ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem?Strong IT knowledge with excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Power Point, and General Ledger applications).

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls and operational efficiency. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Coordinate and support external audits. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions. Implement and manage financial systems and software. RequirementsMinimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a significant portion in a controller or senior accounting management role.

Proven experience with Spanish GAAP and IFRS. Expertise in accounting software (e.SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement financial controls.
