Ignite Travel Group seeks a Basque-speaking Customer Advisor to support airline passengers onsite in Catalonia. You will manage omnichannel inquiries, adjust bookings, guide travelers through digital platforms, and resolve account questions with empathy. Fluent Basque, advanced Spanish, and intermediate English are required. The role uses Windows and Microsoft Office; on-site schedule 09:00–20:00 with rotating shifts; base salary €19,623.64 plus a yearly bonus up to €1,200 after onboarding
