OverviewAs a Supply Chain Logistics Engineer, you will enhance inventory accuracy, optimize warehouse and logistics performance, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering, and 3PL partners to maintain efficient supply chain operations.

Your work will focus on inventory control, ERP process ownership, and performance tracking to drive continuous improvement.

This role offers the chance to shape inventory strategy and logistics processes within a general manufacturing context.

ResponsabilidadesLead inventory management activities and align performance with company objectives

Improve inventory accuracy across RM, WIP, and FG

Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory with timely discrepancy resolution

Serve as primary interface with 3PL provider

Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs and drive improvements

Own logistics processes in the QAD ERP system

Ensure data integrity across logistics activities

Develop/analyze reports on inventory,



logistics costs, warehouse performance, sales, and production

Perform root cause analysis and implement actions to boost performance and service levels

Lead projects on inventory optimization, process standardization, automation, and cost reduction

Requisitos principales3+ years in industrial logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience

Experience with ERP systems, preferably QAD; proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus; German or French advantageous analytical thinking problem-solving communication
