Your Mission Your mission is to ensure efficient order planning and fulfillment by coordinating dealer orders, monitoring demand and production capacity, and supporting smooth communication between sales, logistics partners, and internal teams across Europe and China.

You will contribute to optimizing planning processes, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting effective order and payment management.

What You'll Be Doing Dealers'/Customer orders collecting, sorting Provide real-time information for shipments, both inbound and outbound, to ensure the continuous improvement of the entire logistics flow

- Communicate daily with BYD China headquarters to report shipment status




- Be in daily contact with local logistics service partners to monitor the real-time status of shipments/transports
- Keep track of all shipments and prepare all necessary documents and payments
- Other related contingent tasks and assignments.

What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.

3 years of experience in planning, business analysis, or operations.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
