Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 across EMEA. This full-time role requires strong communication to Health Care Professionals, SUS and FSE, with remote and occasional onsite duties. The candidate should have 4+ years in engineering or an advanced degree with 2+ years, plus fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian. Work is mostly remote, with some international travel and on-call hours.
