Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 AI-powered platform across the EMEA region. This role requires strong engineering background, and fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian. You will provide remote technical support to Health Care Professionals, Start-up specialists and Field Service Engineers, drive escalations, and collaborate with peers. Occasional domestic and international on-site work may be required.
