Experteer Overview In this role you will be the key technical interface for the Iberia market, leading regional after-sales support and warranty policy execution. You'll drive root-cause analysis for product quality issues and coordinate dealer-facing technical management. You will oversee OTA updates, recall campaigns, and technical improvements to minimize downtime and protect brand reputation.

You will build and lead a regional technical team, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver high service standards and customer satisfaction. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead regional after-sales technical support activities and ensure timely issue resolution • Coordinate management of large-scale product quality issues and implement technical solutions • Oversee after-sales improvement projects including OTA updates and recall campaigns • Manage escalation and resolution of critical Vehicle Off Road cases at dealerships • Define and implement regional dealer technical management standards • Plan and deliver regional technical training and capability development • Build and manage the technical support team including recruitment and performance management • Promote deployment of diagnostic systems and tools across dealers and gather feedback • Localize and manage after-sales technical documentation, repair manuals, and service materials • Ensure consistent execution of warranty policies and facilitate policy localization and disputes Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field • Minimum 5 years in automotive after-sales technical support or service operations • Experience with an automotive OEM, importer, dealer group or authorized repair network preferred • Strong understanding of vehicle systems, fault diagnosis, and repair techniques • Experience with NEVs is preferred • Solid knowledge of high-voltage safety, traction batteries, electrical/electronic systems, diagnostic tools, and workshop operations • Understanding of warranty processes, technical case management and aftersales KPIs Requisitos principales •
