The role will focus on developing strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, expanding our presence within existing accounts, and converting opportunities into sustainable revenue. The person will work closely with account leadership, delivery teams, solution teams and internal practices to take opportunities from early-stage conversations through proposal and closure. Lead or support RFPs, proposals, commercial discussions and deal shaping.

Client & Stakeholder Management Build trusted relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders. Maintain regular engagement with decision-makers and influencers. Represent the organization confidently in customer discussions and executive forums.

Bring market and customer insights into account planning. Opportunity & Deal Management Qualify opportunities based on business need, value proposition and probability of conversion. Coordinate with solutioning, delivery, commercial and practice teams to develop compelling propositions.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with general sales, account,



delivery and competency teams. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including engagement with senior customer stakeholders. Proven ability to identify, qualify, shape and progress business opportunities. Good understanding of IT services, digital transformation, application services and/or managed services.

Experience working with offshore/global delivery and solution teams. Strong commercial orientation with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Self-driven and comfortable operating with significant ownership and limited supervision. Existing customer relationships or market network in Poland/Central Europe. Exposure to cloud, data/AI, digital engineering, enterprise applications, managed services or transformation-led opportunities.

Creation of qualified pipeline within assigned accounts. Strong senior stakeholder relationships resulting in repeat and new opportunities.
