Key Responsibilities

Diseñar arquitecturas de soluciones empresariales que aborden los requisitos funcionales y no funcionales del negocio. Evaluar y seleccionar tecnologías, plataformas y herramientas adecuadas para construir soluciones escalables y seguras. Liderar la definición de la arquitectura de integración entre diferentes sistemas y aplicaciones (ERP, CRM, etc.). Establecer estándares y directrices de arquitectura para asegurar la coherencia y la calidad. Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo, infraestructura y seguridad para guiar la implementación de las soluciones. Identificar y mitigar riesgos arquitectónicos y técnicos. Realizar revisiones de arquitectura y proporcionar recomendaciones para la mejora continua. Documentar la arquitectura de las soluciones, incluyendo diagramas, flujos de datos y políticas. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias tecnológicas y mejores prácticas en arquitectura empresarial. Actuar como asesor técnico clave para los clientes y los equipos internos en materia de arquitectura. Requirements

Más de 10 años de experiencia en diseño y arquitectura de sistemas de TI, con al menos 7 años en arquitectura empresarial. Profundo conocimiento de diversas arquitecturas empresariales (microservicios, SOA, event-driven). Experiencia sólida en plataformas cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) y en el diseño de soluciones nativas en la nube. Conocimiento de tecnologías de integración de datos y middleware. Comprensión de los principios de seguridad de la información y de las arquitecturas de seguridad empresarial. Experiencia con metodologías Agile y DevOps. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y negociación para interactuar con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio. Capacidad demostrada para liderar equipos técnicos y tomar decisiones arquitectónicas críticas. Título universitario en Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas o campo relacionado; maestría o MBA es una ventaja. Experiencia previa en consultoría tecnológica es altamente valorada.
