Assist customers through the assigned communication channels. Identify customer needs, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide step‑by‑step guidance. Explain technical information clearly and professionally. Manage customer interactions using internal systems and follow established procedures. Handle concerns with empathy, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary. Maintain accurate records and meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets. What are we looking for?

Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency + Catalan English proficiency at B1/B2 level High school diploma or equivalent Minimum age of 18 and legal documentation to work in Spain. Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills Basic technical knowledge and confidence using computers and digital devices. Good typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. What do we offer?
