Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Integrated Quality Systems (IMS) to ensure compliance with IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and related standards. You’ll head a cross‑functional team and drive continuous improvement, risk management, and regulatory alignment across quality, safety, environmental, and energy domains. You will coordinate audits, certification activities, and management reviews to deliver a robust, compliant IMS that supports project execution and customer requirements. This is a hands-on leadership position at the core of Wabtec’s quality and safety culture, offering a tangible impact on operations and risk mitigation.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) across ISO 9001/IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and related standards
- Lead internal audit program and drive corrective actions across multiple standards
- Maintain documentation, records, and reports in line with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate certification processes and surveillance audits with external bodies
- Oversee STRAP context reviews,

- Oversee IRIS 22163 rail‑industry processes and collaborate with departments to meet rail customer expectations
- Develop and implement health, safety, environmental, and energy management policies and programs

- Bachelor in Engineering
- Master in Occupational Health and Safety, Energy Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, health u0026 safety, environmental, or energy management
- Proficiency in ISO 9001/IRIS 22163, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001; experience with integrated management systems and audits
- Fluent in Spanish and English; EU work authorization
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and HSE regulations
- Experience with CAPA, RCA, FTA and project management (APQP)
