Hiring: Technical Solution Lead / Delivery Lead (Insurance Platform)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Solution Lead to join a strategic insurance transformation project. The role combines solution architecture, technical leadership, and delivery management, leading a team of approximately 20 developers.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Solution Architecture / Technical Leadership
- Strong delivery and team management experience
- Expertise in API-driven and near real-time architectures
- Hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot, Angular, Spring Batch, and Kafka
- Experience leading large-scale development teams
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
- Insurance or Banking industry experience is a plus
- Exposure to ARGO is highly desirable
