Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end management of complex IT and software development projects.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

- Effectively manage and motivate remote, cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.





- Implement agile and hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate for project needs.

- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

- Facilitate virtual project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.

- Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.

- Manage communication and relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients and external vendors.

- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on key metrics.

Requirements

- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT and software development projects.

- Proven ability to manage projects in a fully remote setting, demonstrating strong virtual team leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, vital for remote collaboration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

- Experience managing project budgets and resources effectively.

- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
