Key Responsibilities

- Develop complex financial models , including DCF, LBO, M&A;, and sum-of-the-parts valuations, to support client advisory services.

- Conduct comprehensive industry and market research , analyzing economic trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments.

- Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and reports for client meetings and deal execution.

- Assist in the execution of M&A; transactions , capital raising (debt and equity), and other corporate finance activities.

- Perform due diligence on potential transactions, identifying key risks and opportunities.

- Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators to assess company performance and valuation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert financial guidance and strategic advice.





- Mentor and guide junior analysts , fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment in a remote setting.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field ; MBA or CFA charter preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial analysis.

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques .

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).

- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills .

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a remote work environment.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented , and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
