We are looking for a Program Management Trainee to support the coordination of cross‑functional pharmaceutical programs from project initiation through development and launch readiness.

Working closely with Program Managers and stakeholders across Commercial, Regulatory, IP, R&D; and Launch Management, you will gain hands‑on experience in a multidisciplinary matrix organization and contribute to maintaining an integrated view of project strategy, progress, risks and key decisions.

- Support Program Managers in coordinating pharmaceutical programs from project handover through development and launch readiness.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of Strategic Product Plans (SPPs), integrating inputs from Commercial, Regulatory, IP, R&D; and Launch Management.
- Help maintain an end‑to‑end view of project scope, key milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and agreed actions across stakeholders.




- Support SPP Working Team and governance meetings by preparing materials, consolidating inputs, documenting decisions and following up agreed actions.
- Contribute to structured project information, reporting and knowledge management, including the capture and reuse of lessons learned and best practices.
- Collaborate in cross‑functional initiatives aimed at improving ways of working, processes, tools and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
