Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of complex IT and software development projects.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

Effectively manage and motivate remote, cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Implement agile and hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate for project needs.

Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Facilitate virtual project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.

Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Manage communication and relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients and external vendors.

Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on key metrics.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT and software development projects.

Proven ability to manage projects in a fully remote setting, demonstrating strong virtual team leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



Engineering, or a related field.

Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, vital for remote collaboration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Experience managing project budgets and resources effectively.

Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
