Icelandic-speaking Customer Service Representative

to join an international team based in

Barcelona, Spain .

What You'll Do Provide professional customer support via phone and email. Assist customers with service-related, payment, and technical inquiries. Deliver accurate information while following established procedures. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.

Requirements Native or C2 level Icelandic. Advanced English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM systems). Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Previous customer service or contact center experience is an advantage.
